Events and Outings - Summer Term 2008

Monday 21st
Year 2 will be visiting the Sealife Centre as part of their Science topic "Living things in different environments".
Monday 28th
Year 3 will be visiting the Roman Palace at Fishbourne as part of their History topic "Invaders and Settlers".

Friday 2nd
2.30pm - Year 1 will be performing " The Elves and the Shoemaker" in the school hall - a short play for their parents ( Grandparents, aunties etc are all welcome).
Friday 9th
Both Reception Classes will be visiting Drusilla's Zoo Park. They will enjoy an educational session as well as the zoo, play park and train ride.
Monday 12th
Class photographs will be taken throughout the school.
Friday 16th
9.00am Year 1 will be performing a Concert for their parents in the school hall.
Monday 19th
2.30pm Year 2 will be performing a short French play in the school hall for their parents, grandparents, aunties etc. All wecome.

PC Hart will be visiting us today to talk to all the children about "stranger danger" and Road Safety
HALF TERM - MONDAY 26th - FRIDAY 30th. Holiday Club will be operating from TUESDAY to FRIDAY. Please remember to book in advance.

10.00am - 2.00pm DEEPDENE ANNUAL SPORTS DAY AND SUMMER FAIR will be held on the school playing field at Glebe Villas. PLease ensure that your child attends as all children participate in the races and it is an enjoyable day for the whole family. More details will be sent later.
