We take children from six months to reception age when they either enter our School or move on to the school of their choice. The Nursery is situated on the ground floor of our building in five large sunny rooms with plenty of outdoor play space.

My parents are united by a desire for first class nursery provision and that is what they have at Deepdene. The majority of my nursery practitioners are qualified to level 3/4 and I only employ 2 trainees who would be fully supported in gaining their qualifications, at any one time.

Many aspects set Deepdene Nursery apart. I take great pride in our high staff ratio and low staff turnover. Our average length of employment is well above the national average for nurseries. All my staff hold paediatric first aid certificates and continue to expand their knowledge in all aspects of childcare by attending relevant courses in childcare development.

I feel it is of paramount importance for children to see the same faces each day thus ensuring that they feel safe and secure and build up their confidence when they are away from you. We achieve this by the reassurance of a familiar adult greeting you and your child warmly at the beginning of each session followed by positive feedback when you pick them up.

When you leave your child with us you can relax in the knowledge that they will be valued, cherished and listened to by someone that really knows them.

I know that finding the right nursery for your child is one of the first big decisions you will be making for them and cannot be rushed.

Please contact us and come and meet me. This is only way to fully appreciate how warm and welcoming our Nursery is. I will always take time to show you around, talk to you and answer any questions you may have.
